Job Description:

We Are Here Now is now hiring Medicaid enrolled MFT/LCSW/LADCs. We are looking to hire licensed therapist to join our growing agency. Applicants must have a positive interest in the care and development of our clients. We provide physical and mental health for our clients. These are contracted positions. Salary is negotiable and based on experience. Immediate hiring options. Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs - Provide individual and group therapy sessions - Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions - Utilize coding and medical documentation for accurate record keeping - Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care - Work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and provide behavioral therapy - Utilize crisis management techniques when necessary - Incorporate various therapeutic modalities such as dance therapy, art therapy, and Christian counseling Qualifications: - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field - Valid state licensure or certification as a Therapist (e.g., LPC, LCSW) - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred - Knowledge of medical records management and documentation practices - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Therapists.
