Job Title:Project ManagerLocation:Ops CenterWhat you'll do:The
Project Manager manages the project and the change plans as
required for a variety projects as assigned; area(s) of
responsibility; manages the quality, scope, schedule, risk, and
budget related to assigned project(s) as well as ensuring a change
management and sustainment plan is in place to support business
initiatives. Coordinates with other departments for shared
resources and scheduling.What we are looking for:
- Provide end-to-end Project and Change Management for assigned
initiatives
- Works with Project Owner/Sponsor to develop a documented change
strategy for introducing new product/services into the organization
and our customers if applicable.
- Leverages people change management experience to adjust to
change resistance and uncertainties.
- Coordinate and participate in detailed requirements collection,
analysis, and documentation.
- Work with lines of business and IT partners on project
planning, identifying solutions, and documenting current and target
environments.
- Manage project risks with necessary mitigation, escalation, and
backup plans
- Manage the defined governance, gating, and Change Control
methodologies
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines,
status updates, and risk assessments.
- Provide regular reports to the Payments Operation Director and
other key stakeholders.What you need to have:
- Three years of project management experiencing involving large
and extremely complex projects
- Minimum of 3 years of banking/financial services
experience
- PMP Certification Preferred, but not required.
- Must have superior oral and written presentation skills, with
the ability to create and deliver executive level PowerPoint
presentations
- Executive presence is a must
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to audiences
with varying degrees of technical understanding
- Self-motivated individual willing to work in a challenging and
fast-paced environment
- Well-rounded project management experience in banking or
financial services.
- Knowledge of best practices for enterprise-level business
projects
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and PPM
tools
- Ability to manage ambiguity in unstructured environments and on
multiple work streams.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team
member.
- Ability to build consensus, generate support from a wide range
of stakeholders, and create a strong network of relationships among
peers, internal partners and external constituencies.
- Positive attitude and highly adaptable to change.Compensation:
Salary range for new hires is generally $101,245.00 - $125,065.00
for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job
location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual
