Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of GTM / Sales Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a financial advisor to GTM teams, aligning financial
strategy with business objectives
Lead revenue forecasting and sales capacity planning, providing
insights on performance and risks
Collaborate on budgeting and performance management for GTM
departments, presenting financial reports to leadership
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Sales Finance, GTM Finance, FP&A, or
similar roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
Solid understanding of sales processes, including pipeline
management and quota setting
Expertise in financial tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or
Pigment
CPA/CFA preferred
